Meet The Horses

  • Greace H

    Numero Uno x Tender Z

    16.2hh 14yo Mare

Greace was bought as my next step up from Lightning and she has certainly done that. We are regularly competing at 130/140cm. She is your typical hot mare but is so brave and will do anything you ask I adore her and very excited to hopefully one day get a foal out of her when she finishes her career.

  • A rider in a dark blazer and white breeches jumps a brown horse over show jumping fences at Ashford Farm during an equestrian competition.

    Kinnegads Lightning

Our once in a lifetime Irish superstar we have owned him since a 6yo.

I struggled to find a horse to click with after ponies and then came lightning after a quick trade for a 4yo pony I had produced, he took me to my first international senior shows at the likes of Bolesworth & Liverpool International. We then went to Holland and competed in all the 1m30 classes. We nearly sold him to America, but luckily I managed to persuade my younger brother Archie to have a sit on him (as I knew he would be the perfect COH horse). They got on like a house on fire, so luckily the sale was pulled, they were eventually selected for Team GB following the viewing trials! Lightning also loves hunting, he regularly goes out in the season with a multitude of people including my dad and friends.

He is a true family horse, has made many many dreams come true and has a home for life here.

  • Comme Il Coeur Z

    Comme il Faut x Vigaro

    16.1hh 6yo mare

Cleo is our super special 6yo we bought her as a feral 3yo and have produced her ourselves. I always knew she was talented but never thought she would be as special as she is. I couldn’t speak more highly of this mare everywhere we go we get comments from people. She won the 5yo championship, placed in almost every 6yo final, loads of double clears at 1m25 & 1m30.

Very excited to have a horse like her on my team but she would also be for sale if the right person came along.

  • No Mercy III

    Harley VDL x Viceroy T

    16.2hh 7yo gelding

Chester is our pocket rocket yard favourite. We have again owned him since a 3yo and produced him ourselves, a super fun gentleman of a horse, a real speed type. He is regularly competing at 1m20 with our amateur groom and plenty of scope for more.

    He is for sale.

  • SSH Kartier

    Khartoum x Quicksilver

    16.2hh 5yo mare

Kartier a lovely modern type 5yo mare we have owned since a 2yo. She recently went to Sentower where she came 2nd in the 5yo final! She is now coming back in to work after a summer enjoying a well deserved break.

    She is for sale.

  • Ulysse van der Warandepoort

    Brunetti x Isidor

    16.1hh 5yo gelding

Cracker is our 5yo gelding who is coming along really nicely. We bought him as a 2yo. He has done a few shows now where he is showing lots of qualities to be a really nice competitive horse.

  • A chestnut horse jumping over a red and white obstacle at Lancaster Airfield. The obstacle has a sign that reads 'Lancaster Sport Horses.'

    Roosevelt TM

    Lay Out x Taloubet Z

    16.2hh 4yo Gelding

Rocky is another yard favourite such a sweet horse on the ground loves a banana skin! A flashy horse with all the jump and movement you could wish for excited to get this lad out more.

    He is for sale.

  • A rider wearing a helmet and riding gear successfully jumps a horse over a hurdle in an indoor equestrian arena.

    Poca Loca BB

    Kardinaal HX x Jumbo Jet

    17hh 5yo Gelding

Owen is the BFG of the yard we have had him since a 3yo I absolutely love him. With him being so big he is still learning where to put his legs and get stronger so he hasn’t done a lot, but what he has done has been really promising and he is proving to be a real commercial type.

    He is for sale.

  • A grey and white speckled horse with a red noseband, standing on a textured surface against a dark background, grazing or sniffing the ground.

    Billy

    Yard Mascot

We have had Billy since I was 2 and he was 3! He is now the 24yo yard mascot.

He loves escaping and ripping open bags of feed and a good scratch!
